This Pathogenic Bacteria Database(PBDB) was founded in 2002 to provide the basic knowledges on bacteriology not only to the researchers and specialists on microbiology but also to the students and general public through a network. The database with pictures will be acceptable for any people who do not understand common languages. We hope that this database will be useful and contribute to healthy and peaceful lives all over the world.
